Cross linked polyethylene insulated power cables not only have excellent electrical performance, mechanical performance, heat aging resistance, environmental stress resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, but also have a simple structure, easy to use, and are not limited by laying height differences
Product description:
Cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables not only possess excellent electrical properties, mechanical properties, heat aging resistance, environmental stress resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, but also feature simple structure, convenient use, no limitation on laying drop, high long-term operating temperature (90°C), large transmission capacity, and other advantages. The product line includes flame-retardant and non-flame-retardant full series of cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables.
Scope of application:
SystemThis product is suitable for transmitting electric power in AC 50Hz power lines with a rated voltage of 0.6/1KV (system voltage not exceeding 1.2KV).
OccasionSuitable for indoor installation in industries such as metallurgy, power, and construction, as well as in cable trench pipelines and direct burial applications where mechanical external forces cannot be withstood.
Features:
Rated voltage The rated power frequency AC voltage is 0.6/1KV, and the operating AC system voltage should not exceed 1.2KV.
Operating temperatureThe allowable long-term working temperature of cable conductors does not exceed 90°C. During short-circuit conditions, the temperature of cable conductors should not exceed 250°C, with a duration not exceeding 5S.
Ambient temperatureThe ambient temperature for cable operation should not be lower than -10℃.
Temperature settingDuring installation and laying, the temperature should not be lower than 0°C.
Bending radiusRecommended bending: The bending radius of single-core cables should not exceed 20D, and the bending radius of multi-core cables should not exceed 15D.
Application of products:
YJV cross-linked polyethylene insulated PVC sheathed power cables are installed indoors, in tunnels, cable trenches, and pipelines, and can also be buried in loose soil. The cables can withstand certain radial pulling forces.
YJV22 cross-linked polyethylene insulated steel tape armored PVC sheathed power cable is laid indoors, in tunnels, cable trenches, and direct underground burial. The cable can withstand mechanical external forces but cannot bear significant tension.
