Cross linked polyethylene insulated power cables not only have excellent electrical performance, mechanical performance, heat aging resistance, environmental stress resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, but also have a simple structure, easy to use, and are not limited by laying height differences
Product description:
Cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables not only exhibit excellent electrical performance, mechanical properties, heat aging resistance, environmental stress resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, but also feature advantages such as simple structure, ease of use, no limitation on installation height differences, high long-term operating temperature (90°C), and large transmission capacity. The product line includes both flame-retardant and non-flame-retardant series of cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables.
Scope of application:
SystemThis product is suitable for transmitting electric energy in AC 50Hz power lines with a rated voltage of 0.6/1KV (system voltage not exceeding 1.2KV).
OccasionFor installation indoors, in cable trenches, pipelines, or direct burial in industries such as metallurgy, power, and construction, where mechanical stress resistance is not required for fixed applications.
Feature Usage:
Rated voltageThe rated power frequency AC voltage is 0.6/1KV, and the AC system voltage in use should not exceed 1.2KV.
Operating temperatureThe allowable long-term working temperature of cable conductors should not exceed 90℃. During short-circuit conditions, the temperature of cable conductors must not exceed 250℃ for a duration of no more than 5S.
Ambient temperatureThe ambient temperature for cable operation shall not be lower than -10℃.
Temperature settingDuring installation and laying, the temperature should not be lower than 0℃.
Bending radiusRecommended bending: The bending radius of single-core cables should not exceed 20D, and that of multi-core cables should not exceed 15D.
Application:
YJV cross-linked polyethylene insulated PVC sheathed power cables are installed indoors, in tunnels, cable trenches, and pipelines, and can also be buried in loose soil. The cables can withstand certain radial traction.
YJV22 cross-linked polyethylene insulated steel tape armored PVC sheathed power cable is laid indoors, in tunnels, cable trenches, and direct underground burial. The cable can withstand mechanical external forces but cannot bear large tensile forces.
